Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Accounting/Accounting Technology/BSBA – Finance or any equivalent course.

  • Proficient in MS Excel (Formulas), MS Word

  • Keen to details

  • Proactive & team player

  • Willing to be trained

Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day financial transactions, includes verifying and recording of Sales, Expenses & Accounts receivables’ data

  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements

  • Account / Bank reconciliation

  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

  • Assist in payroll computation

  • Facilitate cash disbursement transactions

  • Facilitate bank to bank transactions

  • Keep documentation of all internal/ financial transactions
