Lead Management Researcher

Qualifications

• College level or Senior High School Graduate

• Organized and flexible.

• Decent communication skills.

• Good in research.  

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

• Attention to detail.

• Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Research leads based on the pre-defined publisher list

• Maximize lead info by going through the lead researcher checklist.

• Responsible in reaching out to prospect leads.

Tasks

• Submit lead information gathered for QC.

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of the information in each leads.

• Hit daily productivity and quality targets set by the LM Supervisor.

• Maintain an average score of at least 3.0 in the monthly scorecard.

• Attend training set and scheduled by the leadership team
